Low-temperature aluminium welding electrodes designed for easy repairs on aluminium, cast aluminium, and aluminium-magnesium alloys. This pack contains 50 electrodes with a 2.0mm diameter and a melting point of 647–658°C.
These welding rods require only a small heating device and no additional flux powder. The integrated solder core and coating provide smooth welding coverage and high weld strength that typically exceeds the base metal itself. Corrosion-resistant and suitable for both new welding and repair work on corroded or contaminated white metals.
Key features include high weldability, low melting point, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and good forgeability. Each electrode is 33cm or 50cm in length.
To use: Clean the surface by physical methods. Heat the base metal to 450°C or above. Once at working temperature, apply the electrode using a wire brush, rubbing back and forth to form the weld. Do not flame the wire directly—allow heat conduction from the base metal to melt the electrode naturally.
Suitable for welding operators at all skill levels. Order your pack of 50 today.
