If this error message is occurring in the calculate shipping section of ensure only your postcode eg “3000” is in the postcode/zip form. If you’re still receiving this error it means that we don’t ship to your area.

Sometimes this occurs when our server and caching service have conflicting values. Our prices are updated every two weeks and may show incorrect pricing on the product page until updated. by pressing CTRL + F5 refreshes the page with a new cache and may resolve any problems.
