These aluminum soldering rods are low-temperature welding consumables designed to join aluminum and aluminum alloy components without the need for additional flux powder.
Each pack contains 30 rods measuring 1.6mm diameter by 250mm length. The rods feature an internal powder core and protective coating that work together to deliver smooth, consistent welding results. The material offers good ductility, high thermal conductivity, and strong electrical conductivity for reliable joint quality.
The low melting point and excellent weldability make these rods suitable for aluminum, aluminum alloys, cast aluminium, and aluminium-magnesium alloys. They provide high joint strength and good corrosion resistance, with excellent forgeability for post-weld shaping. The rods work well with propane burners and similar heat sources.
These rods are not suitable for welding cast iron. No additional solder powder or flux is required when using these rods, as the core coating serves as the flux base.
