A step drill bit set with 12 graduated sizes from 6–60mm (6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60mm). Designed to enlarge holes progressively without tool changes or repositioning.
Made from HSS 4241 high-speed steel with titanium coating for rust, wear, and heat resistance. The 135-degree split tip and dual-groove double-edge design deliver faster, smoother cutting action with improved chip removal. Spiral flutes reduce friction and heat buildup.
The three-sided shank fits securely in standard drill chucks without slipping. Surface depth gauge etched on the shaft helps you drill to consistent depths. Water-cooled operation suits materials up to 25°C hardness, including metal, wood, aluminium alloy, plastic board, and insulation board.
Operating speed: 250–400 rpm recommended.
