The HSS step drill features 12 graduated steps from 6–60mm (6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60mm), allowing you to enlarge holes without changing tools or repositioning your workpiece.
Made from HSS 4241 high-speed steel with titanium coating, this drill resists rust, wear and heat for extended service life. The spiral design incorporates a 135° split tip and double-edged 2-groove geometry to cut faster and smoother, with improved chip removal and stable performance.
The three-sided shank grips securely in any power tool chuck and prevents slipping during use. A depth gauge marked on the surface aids accurate drilling on each step.
Suitable for materials below 25° hardness, including metal, wood, aluminium alloys, plastic sheets and insulation boards. Recommended operating speed is 250–400 rpm.
