The pinion gear and bushing assembly is a steering component for Cub Cadet riding mowers and compatible MTD equipment.
This assembly includes one metal steering pinion gear (11 teeth with centre spline, part 717-1554) and one hex steering bushing (7/8″ outer diameter, 5/8″ inner diameter, 5/16″ thickness). Parts 741-04237A and 741-04237B are supplied.
Compatible with Cub Cadet LTX 1050 and numerous MTD, Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, and some Toro models. Also fits equipment using part numbers 112-086 and 112-6098.
