2004-2009 Chaparral 204 SSI Swim Platform EVA Teak Deck Pad

This is a custom-fit EVA foam teak deck floor pad designed for the 2004-2009 Chaparral 204 SSI swim platform. The 6mm (1/4″) thick two-colour pad comes with marine-grade adhesive backing for peel-and-stick installation—no additional glue required.

Before ordering, verify the pad outline against your boat’s deck layout to ensure proper fit. If unsure, send photos or a video of your deck layout from stern to bow, and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Customisation options include your choice of two-colour combinations from 12 available colour sets (Brown+Black, Dark Brown+Black, Brown+White, Grey+Black, Dark Grey+Black, Grey+White, Grey+Blue, Grey+Purple, Grey+Red, Black+White, Black+Red, Black+Blue). Custom text logos can be added for an additional $50 USD per design. All routed logos and beveled edges display the bottom colour selected.

Installation is straightforward: peel the white protection paper and adhere to your deck. The pad comes with a one-year warranty.

All EVA floors are made to order with a fabrication time of 4–5 days, followed by 7–10 days for express delivery (DHL, FedEx, USPS, or EMS). Allow 2–3 weeks total from order to delivery. Please verify your shipping address, postal code, city name, and contact number after ordering.
