Custom-cut EVA foam floor pad designed for the 2005 Chaparral 230 SSI swim platform and deck. This 6mm (1/4″) thick two-colour pad arrives with marine-grade adhesive backing for peel-and-stick installation—no additional glue required.

Before ordering, verify the outline drawing matches your boat deck layout. Send photos or a video of your deck from stern to bow if you need confirmation of fit. We cut pads precisely to the drawing provided; we cannot guarantee fit if the drawing hasn’t been checked against your boat.

Choose from 12 two-colour combinations: Brown+Black, Dark Brown+Black, Brown+White, Grey+Black, Dark Grey+Black, Grey+White, Grey+Blue, Grey+Purple, Grey+Red, Black+White, Black+Red, or Black+Blue. Custom routed logos and beveled edges display the bottom colour selected. Add custom text logos for an additional fee of AUD 30 each.

This is a made-to-order product. Fabrication takes 4–5 days, followed by 7–10 days delivery via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS). Total lead time is typically 2–3 weeks. A 1-year warranty applies to all EVA floors.

After ordering, confirm your shipping address details (address, postcode, city and phone number) are correct. Note: this product cannot be returned without a 30% restocking fee. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on arrival.
