The RL 2202 is a compact, self-priming diaphragm pump designed for high-pressure applications requiring reliable performance and portability.

Self-priming capability allows the pump to run dry for up to 30 minutes, making it ideal for intermittent use in spray systems, water purification, and chemical metering applications. A built-in pressure protection switch automatically stops the pump if pressure exceeds safe operating limits, then restarts once pressure normalises.

Constructed from plastic with a lightweight, exquisite design (650g, 165 x 99 x 62mm), the pump delivers high pressure with stable performance despite its small footprint. It accepts G1/4 inlet and outlet connectors with hose barb compatibility, and operates on 12V power.

The pump handles liquids without oil, strongly corrosive fluids, strong acids and alkalis, and suspensions with solid particles. Installation is straightforward. Suitable for spray machines, spray cleaning devices, small-flow water purification systems, filters, chemical dispensing, food liquid transfer and distribution, and filling applications across medicine, shipping, fishery, agriculture, industry and housekeeping.
