Snowblower Impeller Modification Kit – 1/4 inch 3-blade

This snowblower impeller modification kit reduces the gap between your impeller blade and the chamber wall, increasing operating efficiency and snow-throwing capacity. The tighter fit also reduces the risk of clogging during operation.

The kit contains three rubber shovels (1.9″ W × 4.9″ L), three metal straps (1.3″ W × 3.7″ L), nine hex bolts (5/16-18 × 1″ coarse thread), nine matching locknuts, and nine self-tapping screws. All metal components are high-quality steel. The rubber shovels deliver a minimum tensile strength of 725 PSI (5 MPA) for durability and consistent performance.

Designed as a universal conversion kit for 2-stage snowblowers, this modification allows you to optimise your existing machine without replacing the entire impeller assembly. Installation uses standard 1/2″ wrenches and sockets for the bolts and locknuts.
