Pro Grind Sharpening System for Bench Grinder

The Pro Grind Sharpening System is a multi-grind jig that works with 6″ and 8″ bench grinders to sharpen chisels, gouges, plane irons, and woodturning tools. It delivers precise edge angles on lathe tools without guesswork.

The system includes a platform jig with dual miter slides (flat and pivoting) that securely holds tools while they glide smoothly across the grinding wheel. The multi-grind jig and support arm adjust for standard, long, short, or fingernail grinds on chisels and woodturning tools. A magnetic micro bevel setup block with four sizes (1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″) enables quick jig positioning for consistent results.

A tool rest bar helps you remove the precise amount of material needed, preventing over-sharpening. The ratchet handle rotates for fine control on lathe turning tools. The complete kit includes two quick cam locking bases, multi-grind bar, mounting bar, platform jig, flat and pivoting miter slides, tool rest bar, multi-grind jig, magnetic micro bevel setup block, miter slot, four glide blocks, two setup blocks, and a quad angle setting jig.

The bench grinder is not included. Measure your grinder wheel diameter (152mm or 203mm) before purchase to confirm compatibility.
