The Vari-Grind Pro is a multi-jig sharpening system for 6″ and 8″ bench grinders, designed to sharpen chisels, gouges, plane irons, woodturning tools and carving implements with precision and consistency.

The kit includes a platform worktable, long support arm with deep V-pocket, fingernail gouge jig, and two base clamps. Each component anchors securely to your grinder to maintain precise sharpening angles without constant adjustment.

The long support arm’s V-pocket cradles the jig for stable, repeatable positioning. The platform table accommodates flat-edged tools like chisels and plane irons. The fingernail gouge jig addresses curved cutting edges on gouges and lathe tools.
