The Mini Mover Gen3 is an electric motorised jockey wheel designed to simplify towing trailers, campers, boats and caravans with controlled power and stability.
This model features a redesigned mounting bracket and rectangular cuboid support jack for enhanced structural integrity. The 12V DC 550W motor delivers a maximum pulling capacity of 2722 kg (6000 lb) and handles inclines up to 7 degrees. An innovative clutch system allows steering without power, providing flexibility during operation.
The extra-large 8-inch tyre features a no-flat design with rubber tread for reliable traction across various surfaces. The rotating handle enables 360-degree movement control, while power forward and power reverse functions deliver smooth operation at 6 to 7 metres per minute. Height adjustment ranges from 47 cm to 60 cm to suit different configurations.
Practical installation features include a simple bolt-on design and a no-drill mounting option, with seamless clamp integration. The jockey wheel weighs 18.6 kg (net) and measures well within transport limits.
Important: This model is not suitable for tandem vans or double-axle trailers. House the unit when not in use to protect from weather exposure. Use only on hard-paved surfaces.
