Manual Lever Chain Hoist 1/2T 500kg G80 Alloy

This manual lever chain hoist delivers 1/2-tonne (500kg) lifting capacity in a compact, portable design. Built from all-steel construction, it resists impact and enables one person to move heavy loads with minimal effort in confined work areas.

The hoist features a 360° rotating hook for multi-angle lifting without twisting, and a three-position lever selector for lifting, neutral, and lowering control. An ergonomic handle with non-slip grip and guided slot design ensure smooth operation without jamming.

Safety is built in with a dual pawl mechanical brake system that engages with the gears for precise load control and prevents slipping or sudden drops. The brake distributes pressure evenly across load cycles to extend service life.

Chain and construction are rated for industrial use. The hoist comes supplied with 6 metres of G80 alloy steel chain (4mm thick), galvanised for corrosion resistance. This grade suits warehouse, construction, garage, and heavy industrial lifting tasks. A storage bag is included for transport and storage.

To get started, check that the load does not exceed 500kg before attaching to the chain hook. Position the hoist securely, engage the brake, and operate the lever to lift or lower as needed.
