The HVLP gravity feed spray gun is a professional-grade tool designed for smooth, controlled application of a wide range of coatings across multiple surfaces.

Equipped with three interchangeable nozzles (1.4mm, 1.7mm, and 2.0mm), this spray gun adapts to different viscosities and application requirements. The variable nozzle sizes allow you to optimise coverage and finish quality for basecoats, clear coats, primers, and high-viscosity coatings.

Key features include a stainless steel needle and nozzle for durability and compatibility with water-based paints. The 600ml gravity-feed cup reduces material waste and improves efficiency. Adjustable ink volume and air flow regulators give you precise control over spray pattern and application rate. Operating at 3–3.5 bar input pressure with approximately 14.5 cfm air consumption, it performs reliably across automotive, furniture, and industrial finishing applications.

The spray gun features a copper flow cap with a 15-hole design for fine atomisation, a precision-treated needle tip for excellent sealing, and a durable PVC mouthpiece with a transparent inlay for easy maintenance. An anti-slip flow regulator valve and responsive trigger ensure comfortable, fatigue-free operation during extended use.

Your package includes the spray gun with 1.4mm nozzle installed, the 600ml cup, two additional nozzles (1.7mm and 2.0mm), a cleaning brush, and a wrench.

Ready to start spraying? Assemble the nozzle and cup, connect your air supply, and adjust the flow controls to suit your project.
