Heavy duty plate caster wheels built for industrial and commercial equipment that demands strength and reliability. This set of 4 supports up to 1200kg total load capacity with 300kg per wheel, making them ideal for trolleys, workbenches, machinery and heavy furniture.
Each wheel features a 150mm diameter with anti-skid PU material that rolls silently and resists wear. The swivel bearing rotates a full 360 degrees for flexible manoeuvring in tight warehouse and workshop spaces. Precision ball bearings ensure smooth rolling performance, while the galvanised iron bracket resists rust and corrosion in damp environments.
Safety is built in. Two casters include brake locks that secure both wheel and swivel simultaneously, keeping your load stationary. The other two wheels swivel freely for easy repositioning.
The PU wheels are floor-friendly and designed for silent operation across warehouse, shop, restaurant, school and hospital flooring. Overall height is 180mm with a mounting plate of 114mm × 100mm.
Your set includes 2 swivel casters with brake lock and 2 swivel casters without brake. Check your equipment’s mounting requirements before installation.
