Circular Saw Blade Sharpener 370W with Water Tank 125mm Wheel

This circular saw blade sharpener is a 370W rotary grinder designed to restore dull and worn blades to sharp, precise cutting condition. Fits circular saw blades from 80mm to 700mm diameter.

The machine features a water cooling system with tank that keeps the grinding wheel cool during operation. This prevents heat damage and strengthens the blade’s cutting edge. A 125mm grinding wheel delivers efficient, consistent sharpening across blade widths.

Wide compatibility is achieved through adjustable saw centerings and a smooth slide-rail system that locks blades securely in place. The grinding wheel adjusts vertically by 20°, whilst the handle rotates 30° left and 45° right for flexible angle control during sharpening.

Safety and stability are built in: a waterproof power switch, 360° adjustable water hose for precise cooling delivery, clear aluminium scale markings for alignment, and a steel plate base with rubber pads that reduce vibration and improve stability.

The machine runs at 2890RPM for rapid blade restoration. Assembly is straightforward, and the compact footprint suits workshop benches.

Start by measuring your blade diameter and positioning it in the appropriate centering collar. Adjust the angle as needed, fill the water tank, and run the sharpening cycle.
