Bottom locking privacy slats for 1.5m chain-link fence

Bottom locking privacy slats are high-density HDPE inserts designed to add privacy and durability to chain-link fences. This set provides full coverage for a 1.5m (5′) high fence.

The slats measure approximately 56.5cm in length and snap securely into the bottom locking channel system. Installation is straightforward—simply insert each slat into the channel until it locks firmly in place.

Made from high-density HDPE material, these slats resist fading, cracking, and warping across Australian weather conditions. The material maintains its integrity through temperature fluctuations and UV exposure, extending the product’s working life.

Privacy levels vary by chain-link mesh size: 2″ mesh provides around 85% privacy, 2.25″ mesh offers approximately 80%, and 2.375″ mesh delivers about 75% opacity. Measure your fence mesh width before ordering to ensure the correct fit.

Each box contains 82 individual slats and 3 bottom locking channels (44″ each), configured to cover a standard 10-foot run of fencing. The single-wall construction keeps the slats from extending above the fence line, maintaining a clean appearance.
