4×4 Post Base Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Brackets, 92x92mm

This set of 4 post bases secures 3.5 x 3.5 inch timber posts to concrete or timber floors. The inner tube measures 92 x 92 mm, with a 5.5 x 5.5 inch ground footprint that prevents wobbling and provides stable support for pergolas, pavilions, decks, and railing columns.

Constructed from carbon steel with 0.08 inch wall thickness and a powder-coated finish, each base resists corrosion and rust in outdoor conditions. The fully enclosed design grips posts securely without movement during use.

Installation requires only basic tools. Drill pilot holes, position the bracket, then secure with the included hardware: M8×60 self-tapping screws for concrete, φ12×60 expansion anchors for concrete, M5×25 wood screws for timber frames, M8 washers, and an 8–13 mm double-ended wrench.

The dual-purpose fastening system adapts to both concrete footings and timber floors, making this bracket kit suitable for new builds or retrofitting existing deck and pavilion structures.
