These carbon brushes are replacement parts for Makita 18V power tools using the CB440 design. They restore consistent motor performance by maintaining electrical contact with the commutator.
Made from copper and carbon material, the brushes are sized to fit precisely in the brush holder with clearance of 0.1–0.3 mm, which reduces rolling and improves switching performance. This helps maintain power transfer to drills, impact drivers, and rotating equipment during daily use.
