Installation requires no tools. The widened 1.5-inch adhesive backing with protective glue coating prevents the seal from lifting due to floor friction or door movement. Simply clean and dry the door surface, cut to size, peel the backing and press firmly into place. Allow 24 hours before opening the door frequently. In cold weather, warm the adhesive with a hair dryer for 2 minutes before application for better bonding.
