The 3/4″ lead-free press ball valve is a brass water shut-off valve designed for copper tubing systems. Made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant brass with an EPDM O-ring seal, it ensures reliable performance and safe potable water delivery.
Ideal for hot and cold water systems, HVAC applications (condensers, chilled water, heating), and isolation or throttling duties. Works with hard copper tubing types K, L, and M to North American standard (SDR-9). The full outlet port allows maximum water flow and minimises pressure loss.
Installation is straightforward—simply press the valve into copper pipe using a compatible tool in seconds. No soldering, glue, flux, or bonding agents required.
Performance specifications include a cold working pressure rating of 250 PSI between -20°F and 100°F, with temperature resistance ranging from -32°F to 220°F. The valve is cUPC listed and NSF 61-G certified for potable water safety. The rust-resistant handle provides a secure grip for easy operation.
Each pack contains two valves with EPDM O-rings and sealing tape. A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
To install, ensure you have a compatible press tool and hard copper tubing (soft copper is not suitable). Connect the valve to your copper pipe system and you’re ready to manage water flow reliably.
