Chaparral Signature 240 EVA teak floor mat with adhesive backing

This is a custom-cut EVA teak floor pad designed specifically for the 2005 Chaparral Signature 240 swim platform cockpit. The 6mm thick two-colour mat provides durable, slip-resistant coverage for your boat deck.

The pad comes with marine-grade adhesive backing for peel-and-stick installation—no additional glue required. Simply clean the deck surface, peel the white protection paper, and apply. The EVA construction resists water, UV damage, and everyday wear.

Available in 12 colour combinations including brown, grey, black, and blue options. You can select separate top and bottom layer colours to suit your boat’s aesthetics. Custom text logos can be added for an additional fee of $30 USD per design.

Important: This product is made to order and must be cut to your specific boat dimensions. Before ordering, verify the product drawing matches your deck layout exactly. Send photos or video of your deck from stern to bow if you need confirmation of fit. Custom-made items cannot be returned without a 30% restocking fee.

Fabrication takes 4–5 days, with delivery in 7–10 days via express courier (DHL, FedEx, USPS, or EMS). All items are subject to destination duties, taxes, and customs fees payable upon arrival. Includes a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
