Custom EVA foam deck pad for 2005 Chaparral 180 SSI swim platform. Made to order with marine-grade adhesive backing for peel-and-stick installation.

This 1/4″ (6mm) thick two-colour pad is fabricated specifically to match your boat’s deck layout. EVA foam provides durability and non-slip grip in wet conditions. Choose from 12 colour combinations, including faux teak options. Custom text or logo engraving is available for an additional fee.

Before ordering, verify the outline drawing matches your boat’s deck configuration. Send photos or video of your deck layout if you need confirmation. We cannot accept returns without a 30% restocking fee if the pad doesn’t fit due to measurement discrepancies.

Installation is simple: peel the white backing and press onto your deck. No additional adhesive required. All pads include marine backing glue.

Made-to-order production takes 4–5 days, followed by 7–10 days shipping via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS). Allow 2–3 weeks total. We offer a 1-year warranty on all EVA floors.
