Chaparral 240 EVA foam teak deck mat

This is a custom-made EVA foam floor pad designed specifically for 1999 Chaparral 240 Signature boats. The 6mm thick two-colour mat features a marine-grade backing adhesive and peel-and-stick installation—no additional glue required.

Verify the outline shape matches your boat’s deck layout before ordering. Compare the listing drawing to your stern-to-bow configuration. If unsure, send photos or a video of your deck layout and we’ll confirm fitment.

Customisation options include dual-colour combinations (12 available), texture selection, faux teak finishes, and optional routed logos with bevelled edges. Custom text logos cost AUD $30 each. All routed details show the bottom colour you select.

Installation is straightforward: peel the white backing paper and press the mat firmly to clean, dry deck. A 1-year warranty covers all EVA floors. Please allow 4–5 days for fabrication, then 7–10 days for express delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS.
