1-1/2″ boat gas deck fill with keyless cap, 316 stainless

A 1-1/2″ (38mm) boat gas deck filler designed for yachts and caravans. This unit mounts through the deck with an angled neck to direct fuel toward the tank opening.

The filler features a stainless steel keyless cap with a built-in lifting tab—no tools or keys required to open or close. The cap attaches to a retaining chain, preventing loss or misplacement during refuelling.

Manufactured from marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel using a lost-wax casting process. The surface is mirror polished to resist corrosion in salt water and harsh marine environments. The nameplate displays “GAS” lettering on the filler face for immediate identification.

All hardware is stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity on exposed deck installations. The compact design suits tight spaces common on smaller vessels and caravans.
